≪海外のお客様の受入お断りにつきまして≫
吉野川でラフティングをしているリオブラボーです。本当にリオブラボー（川最高！）なんです！
海外からご参加を希望されるお客様が増えてきましたが、弊社では、下記の理由により外国人のお客様の受け入れをお断りしています。
1.弊社の加入している保険が外国人の方に適用ができません。
（日本に住んでいる方のみに限定されてしまいます）
万が一の場合に保証をすることができないう保険状態ではお連れできません。
2.吉野川は日本を代表する激流難易度が高くリスクのある川です。
安全説明や緊急時のコミニケーションが十分に取れない場合
大きな事故や重大な事故につながる恐れが通常よりも極めて高くなります
3.お客様に提供する安全保障面が不十分なため、弊社の運航規定上外国人の
お客様はツアーにお連れすることができません。
弊社は決して差別的な意味合いでお断りをしているわけではなく、
吉野川とラフティングのリスク・安全保証面を考慮して弊社では受け入れが難しいと判断しています。

Although we have seen an increase in customers from overseas who wish to participate, we refuse to accept foreign customers for the following reasons.
- The insurance we have in place does not apply to foreigners.
(Limited to people living in Japan only)
We cannot take you on if your insurance does not cover you in the unlikely event of an accident.
- The Yoshino River is one of Japan’s most difficult and risky rapids.
If safety explanations and communication in an emergency are not adequate,
there is a much higher risk of a major or serious accident than usual.
- Due to insufficient security measures, we cannot take foreign customers on tours according to our operating regulations.
We are not refusing to discriminate against you, but we have decided that it is difficult to accept you, taking into consideration the risks and safety assurance aspects of the Yoshino River and rafting.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding.
